Step 1 – Subconscious Assessment
We begin with a focused session to understand how your mind works. This includes identifying your patterns, emotional responses, thinking style (visual, analytical, somatic, etc.), and your specific goals. -
Step 2 – Customized Hypnotherapy Sessions: Each session is carefully designed for you. The language, imagery, and suggestions are tailored to your inner world, helping you access and shift subconscious patterns more effectively.

Step 3 – Structured Program (4–6 sessions recommended)
Lasting change requires repetition and depth. A structured series of sessions allows the new patterns to be reinforced, integrated, and stabilized.
