Welcome, beautiful soul. I’m truly glad you landed here!
I created this workshop amidst the ongoing traumatic events in Iran. What many of us are witnessing and carrying impacts our nervous systems, our emotions, and our physical health in very real ways.
As women, we often hold emotional layers deeply; for ourselves, for our families, for our communities. When we continuously absorb distressing news, uncertainty, and fear without intentionally regulating and processing what we feel, the weight can accumulate. Over time, unprocessed emotional stress may manifest in our bodies and mental health.
This workshop is designed through a trauma-informed lens, integrating art therapy and somatic practices to help you release the stuck negative feelings, to soften, reconnect, and feel safe again in your body. 🌟
